- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Delete your account
You're in control. Here's how to delete your Love IQ account and what happens to your data.
Option 2: by email
- Email support@useloveiq.com from the address you signed up with.
- Put Delete my account in the subject.
- We'll confirm and delete your account, normally within two working days.
What is deleted
Your account and the personal data we hold about you, such as your answers, progress, saved cards and Coach history, are deleted or anonymised. We keep only what the law requires, for example certain records for tax and consumer rules. Copies in backups are removed on a rolling basis.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings first. Otherwise you may continue to be charged.
Deleting an account can't be undone. If you only want a break, you can simply log out. For anything else about your data, such as a copy of it, see the privacy policy.
