How it works
From curious to confident
Love IQ turns a topic most of us were never properly taught into a simple loop: learn something, practise it, see your score move.
STEP 01
Take the quiz
You'll answer questions about you and your situation: whether you're single, dating or in a relationship, your experience, your goal, and a short set of questions on confidence, technique, stamina and communication.
There are no wrong answers, and the more honest you are, the better the plan. Your answers stay on your account and are never put into analytics tools.

Get your Love IQ
Your quiz becomes a Love IQ score out of 200, split across four skills: confidence, communication, technique and stamina. You'll see where you're strong and which skill to work on first.

STEP 03
Follow your path
Your path opens with the goal you picked, then widens to cover everything. Choose from goals like making your partner feel amazing, lasting long enough to satisfy them, or bringing the spark back. Lessons also adapt to whether your partner is a woman, a man or either.
STEP 04
Practise and level up
Each lesson explains one idea in a few minutes, then asks you to apply it. Finish a module's lessons and you can take its boss test to earn a badge. Your score and rank rise as you go, and the next arena opens.
