Discretion
Love IQ deals with personal things, so we keep the rules simple: collect little, protect it well, never sell it, and give you control.

Switch to a plain app icon in settings. (The app is still called Love IQ.)
Reminders are designed to use neutral wording, and you choose whether to turn them on.
There's no public profile, no usernames and no social feed. Nothing is ever posted for you.
In Coach, Vanish mode means your messages aren't kept in your chat history.
Delete your account from the app and your personal data is deleted or anonymised, apart from anything the law requires us to keep.
What we never do

How your data is handled
Your account details, the answers you give (such as your goals and quiz answers), your progress, Coach conversations (unless you use Vanish mode), your purchase status, and basic device and usage information so the app works and improves.
To give you your score, plan and lessons. Because some answers relate to your sex life or sexual health, which UK law treats as special category data, we only use them with your explicit consent, and you can withdraw it.
With hosting and database providers that act on our instructions. Our provider stores account data in Europe. When any provider processes data outside the UK, we make sure an approved safeguard is in place.
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, to restrict or object to how it's used, or to move it. Email us any time, or delete your account yourself in the app.
Be first to know when Love IQ launches.
